Free on every order to a U.S. address.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 1:00 PM CST ship the same business day, and all orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship to U.S. addresses only.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

In some cases, yes. Some carriers can't deliver to PO Boxes, so a street address is best.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking. You can also log in to your account to see your order status.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging. Email customerservice@themardigraskrewe.com to start a return, and we'll send a return label and instructions. Returns sent without a request first can't be accepted.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Contact us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We buy directly from authorized brand suppliers.

How do I pick a costume size?

Check the size options and description on each product page. Costume sizes are based on the manufacturer's size chart.
